Chocolate Mousse

Use to layer with cooled brownies.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 10 ounces heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler, or in a microwave-safe bowl; cook until melted.
  • Stir the chocolate until it is smooth.
  • Allow to cool slightly.
  • Whip the cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks barely form.
  • Fold the chocolate into the cream and chill 30
    minutes in the refrigerator, until set.
