Christmas Pin Wheel Appetizers
You'll be the hit of any holiday party! Simple green and red appetizer. Perfect for Christmas or anytime!
Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 4-ounce jar pimentos, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 4-ounce can green chilies, drained and patted dry
- 1 2.25-ounce can of sliced black olives, drained and patted dry
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ cup small diced yellow pepper
- 4 spinach flour tortillas (12-inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix and mix until combined.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the cream cheese mixture and continue mixing until combined.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture onto the 4 tortillas. Using a spatula, spread evenly over all tortillas.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla and wrap in saran wrap and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or even overnight.
- Remove tortillas from the fridge and using a serrated knife, cut into 1/2-inch slices and place on a plate. You'll be the hit of any holiday party!
