baking soda

butter, unsalted

sugar

tsp
vanilla extract

eggs

vegetable oil

cup
milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put paper liners in a cupcake pan. [or even better, use silicone baking cups]
In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Set aside
With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add oil and milk.
Slowly add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full.
Bake for about 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely before frosting.
