chicken broth

whipping cream

Original Grit Girl Stone Ground yellow grits [I used regular grits from my local store]
2
cups
grated white cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine broth and cream in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Stir in the grits, stirring constantly.
Cover the pan and reduce the heat.
Simmer for ten to twenty minutes, stirring as needed.
Stir in cheese.
Serve with shrimp, eggs, sausage, or whatever you like.
